The Sims is a strategic life-simulation computer game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. The game consists of creating Sims characters and building them a life, to satisfy their aspirations, to comply their dreams, etc. It allows to design a house for the Sims and to supply them with all the objects they may require to satisfy their needs. The Sims has a free Will mode, in which the Sims carry out their activities on their own, and the player can also intervene giving orders, which will be respected or not by the Sims. The player should satisfy the basic needs of the Sims, such as eating, sleeping and being bathed, among others. To support the economy of the house, the Sims should seek for work and earn Simoleones (the fictitious currency in the sim world) and the game offers various types of jobs. The characters will be able to be promoted depending on the abilities they have and the quantity of friends. There are different types of abilities like: creativity, kitchen, mechanical, physical state, etc, which can be enhanced.
The Sims Deluxe Edition patch fixes the following issues:
*Memory leaks fixed.
*Corrupted skins will no longer crash the game.
* Speed up
*Load times have been improved for all systems. |
